GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- To be trained in the field of Compressor Machinery maintenance, repair and failure
- Graduated from Electrical, Electronics, Engine, Automotive or Construction machinery departments of vocational education High schools or Vocational education Schools
- Preferably has SRC2 certificate
- Class B driver’s license, able to actively drive and has no travel restrictions
- Completed military service
- Dynamic, hardworker and responsible
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Prone to teamwork and open to development
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Working at after sales services department
- To be responsible for the completion of maintenance and repair work assigned by the service planning authorities at the customer site
- Determining problems and provide solutions based on incoming requests
- To follow up the stock of materials/spare parts under his responsibility and keep them in order.
- Determining the required spare parts
- To take charge in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting works in the field
- To fulfill the duties assigned by the managers in line with the service plan
Candidate Criteria
Experience: Experienced / Inexperienced
Education Level: High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), University(Graduate), Masters(Student)
Military Service Status: Completed, Exempt
Driving license: Class B
Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate of electrical and electronics, mechanical, energy, industrial engineering
- Preferably having knowledge of English
- Preferably worked in the compressor sector
- Having at least 3 years of experience in after sales services position
- Having a valid driver’s license
- Ability to use MS Office programs at a good level
- No travel restrictions
- Ablility to travel regularly and work overtime when necessary (fair, training, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- In line with the goals;
- Ensuring the expansion of the customer portfolio.
- Customer satisfaction following up and reporting
- Meeting and following up on requests from customers
- Monitoring the entry of maintenance requests from customers into the system, making daily, weekly, monthly plans.
- Following up on vehicle stocks and ensuring a problem-free operation of the field organization according to the daily plans prepared by the SSH personnel
- Following up, reporting of revised products and the notification of customers
- Following up and reporting of warranty processes
- Periodic monitoring of customer-based turnover targets
- Reporting of market and customer requests, trends and feedback
- Organizing technical staff training and giving these trainings in person if necessary
- Support in follow-up and sales increasing activities on dealer service and spare parts issues and reporting of all processes
- Regular technical development of the product/system
- Providing leadership and organization in technical knowledge and serviceability issues in new product launches
- Following up sectoral developments, opportunities, researching and presenting to the management
- Providing active customer visits, presentations and trainings
- Preparation of annual and monthly predictions to ensure stock optimization on a product group basis
- Ensuring communication between customers and relevant units regarding the supply and shipment processes related to the SSH department,
- Ensuring coordination with relevant departments regarding returns, changes and warranty processes related to SSH department,

- Improving existing sales channels and dealer networks
- Regular technical development of the product/system
- Providing leadership and organization in technical knowledge and serviceability issues in new product launches
- Following up sectoral developments, opportunities, researching and presenting to the management
- Contributing to the determination of new strategies in order to meet the changing competitive conditions in the field
- Providing active customer visits, presentations and trainings
- Preparation of annual and monthly predictions to ensure stock optimization on a product group basis
- Ensuring communication between customers and relevant units regarding supply and shipment processes
- Ensuring coordination with relevant departments for return, changes and warranty processes
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the conversion rate of offers and orders, newly acquired customers, and unsold products.
