In the Compressed Air System, condensation occurs in the line due to temperature and pressure changes experienced throughout the compressed air installation. The condensate, which condenses in the form of water droplets, must be effectively separated from the compressed air. The working principle of our YWS Series Water Separators are to create a centrifugal effect within the filter through the flow rate of compressed air. Condensate droplets exposed to centrifugal force are collected as they pass along the inner surface of the separator and removed from the system by drain valves. Our YWS Series Water Separators offer compact and easy installation. Pipe-threaded and flanged connection options, an automatic discharge system, and the ability to provide high-quality compressed air that you can use safely for many years without any maintenance requirements, are among our auxiliary equipment. It filters particles such as dust, oil, etc., in compressed air. There is no maintenance cost except general interior cleaning.
