Yiğitsan compressor, a pioneer in the field of screw compressors, has designed the power transmission system in its D and DD series compressors as directly coupled. In addition to saving energy by preventing transmission losses, it also ensures long life of the screw group and electric motor bearings by keeping the loads on the axial shaft at a minimum level. In addition to being directly coupled, our DD series compressors are designs with a dryer integrated in the same cabin as the compressor.

Direct Coupled and Dryer Integrated Screw Air Compressors

Our D series screw air compressors have a direct coupling connection between the screw block and the electric motor, providing high efficiency, long life and min. It was designed with loss in mind. Performance losses seen in systems where energy transfer is made via belt and pulley connection are minimized in these models. Our compressors feature a system that stabilizes the pressure thanks to our proportional valve system that automatically detects the air consumption status by calculating the air consumption control of the business from the pressure multiplier, and provides maximum energy saving by eliminating excess load on the engine by preventing excess consumption. It was designed to achieve maximum profit at low cost.

Coupling can be replaced easily without separating the motor and screw group.

In addition to all these features, our DD series dryer-integrated screw air compressor has a compact structure with an air dryer integrated into the cabin, line filters, water separator and an automatic water discharge system that does not cause air loss. The air quality taken from the outlet of your compressor is in *ISO 7183 standard.

Depending on the air needs of the business, the automatic capacities available in our dryer systems allow the dryer to operate at min. It contributes to the energy efficiency targeted by businesses with its energy consumption.

*ISO 7183 moisture, dust and oil particles in compressed air are separated and reduced to standard scope values.
